Satisfy your sweet tooth with these fresh and fruity drinks

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups seeded cubed watermelon, partially frozen
  • ½ cup reduced fat vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup reduced fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 6 fresh mint leaves

 

METHOD

Place all ingredients in a blender, cover and process until blended

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup chilled ginger ale ½ cup chopped peeled kiwifruit
  • ½ cup chilled unsweetened pineapple juice ½ cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • ½ cup chilled lemonade ½ cup sliced fresh strawberries

 

METHOD

In 4 tall glasses, layer blueberries, kiwifruit, pineapple and strawberries.
In a 2-cup glass measure or small pitcher, mix remaining ingredients; pour over fruit. Serve immediately.

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup reduced fat vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup chopped peeled fresh peaches or frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup vanilla yoghurt

 

METHOD

In a blender, combine all ingredients, cover, and process until smooth.
Pour into chilled glass and serve immediately.
